Job Description:

  • Providing B2B customer support to our Operators worldwide via Ticketing system, Skype and E-mail. 
  • Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Effectively communicating information with the team members, development teams, account management, trading department. 
  • Multitasking through multiple systems while troubleshooting with customers. 
  • Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.

The Successful Candidate:

  • English – good verbal and written level  
  • Ability to work on shifts 
  • Great communication skills, flexible and reliable 
  • Good computer skills
